  Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty)

A flat and well-toned abdomen is something many of us strive for through exercise and weight control. However, these methods do not always help us to achieve our goals. Even individuals of otherwise normal body weight and proportion can develop an abdomen that protrudes or is loose and sagging. The most common causes of these are pregnancy, aging, significant fluctuations in weight, heredity and prior surgery. A tummy tuck removes excess fat and skin while restoring weakened or separated muscles to create an abdominal profile that is smaller and firmer. Liposuction of the abdomen and flanks is often performed in conjunction with a tummy tuck.

  Liposuction

Despite good health and a reasonable level of fitness, some people may still have a body with disproportionate contours due to localized fat deposits. If you are bothered by excess fat deposits located anywhere on your body that do not respond to diet and exercise, liposuction may be right for you. Ideal candidates for liposuctions are adults within 30% of their ideal weight. Liposuction slims and reshapes specific areas of the body by removing excess fat deposits and improving your body's contours to enhance your self-image.

  Arm Lift (Brachioplasty)

Fluctuations in weight, growing older and heredity can cause your upper arms to have a drooping, sagging appearance. Exercise may strengthen and improve the underlying muscle tone of the upper arm, but it cannot address underlying weakened tissues, localized fat deposits and skin that has lost elaticity. If the underside of your upper arms are sagging or appear loose and full due to excess skin and fat, an arm lift is right for you. An arm lift will: reduce skin and fat between the underarm and the elbow; reshape your arm to result in smoother skin and contours; result in a more toned and proportionate appearance. The procedure is performed to reduce sagging skin by tightening and smoothing the underlying supportive tissue that defines the shape of the upper arm while reducing localized fat in the upper arm region.
